It looks so high-fashion.

I have to be honest.  I have never really been a fan of David’s Bridal.  Most of their dresses don’t look refined and are made of satin, which isn’t really flattering to anyone.  It’s also a bit too matchy-matchy.
I do get it.  Brides want to look regal and while they may gaze longingly at that Badgley Mischka or Vera Wang gown in Martha Stewart Weddings, one of those desginer gowns may cost half of their wedding budget.  So, a bride overwhelmed by overpriced gowns may find herself gravitating toward a place where she knows she can find a wedding dress can afford.
My opinion has changed.  David’s Bridal has just debuted their line of wedding dresses designed by the one, the only, Vera Wang.  Vera Wang White is an elegant, modern collection of gorgeous gowns that look couture without the $7,000 plus price tag.  Now that is something to get excited about.
Stunning.

These dresses are beautiful, inexpensive wedding gowns.  They are not cheap, but,  they are at far under Vera Wang’s couture price point and rather on target for a less expensive wedding dress.
The dresses range from $600 to $1400 and come in sizes 0-14 (bridal sizes are smaller than regular dress sizes, I know).
Here are some of my favorites:

And my all-time personal favorite that is sooo incredibly gorgeous and looks fresh from the runway:

There are also beautiful wedding dress accessories such as this beaded sash for $148:

And this gorgeous horsehair (I think it is not actual horse hair, or at least I hope it isn’t) sash for $58.  This wedding dress accessory accentuates your waist and creates major drama.  It comes in black (so dramatic) and ivory (if you want to play it safer or match your pastel wedding theme):

Breathtaking.
Plus wedding hair accessories such as this crystal headband for $88.

I love the styling, too.  It looks so high-fashion.  Now I can’t wait to see the dresses in person!
